Service Cancellation

Landscape design services are professional consulting services. Cancellation and refund policies depend on the stage of work completed and are outlined in individual service agreements.

Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel a service agreement before design work begins, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund of any deposits paid, minus any administrative fees. Specific terms are detailed in your service agreement.

Cancellation During Project

If you cancel a project after work has begun:

Payment is due for all work completed to date
Work-in-progress materials may be provided at our discretion
Remaining balance may be refunded less any work already completed

Cancellation must be provided in writing. Refunds are processed within 30 business days of written cancellation confirmation.

Design Plan Refunds

Completed design plans and drawings are considered delivered services. Refunds are generally not available for completed design work, except in cases of significant error or breach of contract on our part.

Consultation Services

Initial consultation fees are typically non-refundable once the consultation has been conducted. If you cancel a scheduled consultation with at least 48 hours notice, we may offer to reschedule or provide a partial refund.

Unforeseen Circumstances

We understand that circumstances change. If you need to postpone or cancel a project due to unexpected events, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include:

Deferring work to a later date
Adjusting project scope
Arranging partial completion options

Our Cancellation Rights

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service if:

Payment terms are not met
Site access is unreasonably restricted
Client behavior is unprofessional or unreasonable
Legal or safety issues arise

In such cases, we'll provide notice and refund any unearned fees.

Dispute Resolution

If you're dissatisfied with services received, please contact us immediately to discuss concerns. We're committed to resolving issues fairly and may offer revisions, partial refunds, or other remedies as appropriate.

Digital Materials

Once digital design files are delivered, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense. However, if files contain errors or don't meet agreed specifications, we'll correct them at no additional charge.
